ABOUT ME

Strength in Body & Mind

My passion for fitness kickstarted from years of training as a professional dancer. The training I received has enabled me to lead a healthy, active lifestyle and I want to share that with you. I have travelled the globe performing, and consistently trained to reach my fitness goals alongside this.

My expertise lies within building a strong foundation from the core. The core helps you maintain correct technique throughout the whole body, and will ensure the right muscles are effectively engaged to give you the results that you desire. I actively take part and teach Bootcamps, HIIT workouts & Strength and Conditioning training. I like to use a variety of workout styles to include all abilities and suit all fitness needs.
