As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I understand the importance of working in a safe and professional space, where everyone feels welcome. I thrive from educating others on building a strong, healthy body which is sustainable and one you can be proud of. I will work with you to ensure the correct form and technique is executed in each and every session, whilst offering you 24/7 support. I want you to see results, discover endless possibilities and become the best version of you!

Catering to all abilities, I coach a 'Bootycamp' class every Monday @7.30pm in West Byfleet, Surrey. This class mainly focuses on the lower body, targeting the glutes, quads, hamstrings and core. Expect high energy, lots of fun and a lot of reps on those legs! Come and join the family, where my aim is for you to leave feeling stronger than ever!

My passion for fitness kickstarted from years of training as a professional dancer. The training I received has set my foundations and given me a greater understanding of the body. I am excited to educate others on building a body they can be proud of.
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the discomfort.
My main aim is to keep you inspired and to strive for those goals through careful and creative exercise programming. I will constantly keep a close eye on analysing your technique to improve performance and overall well-being. That way, you can feel proud of every accomplishment and milestone you overcome!

I have been attending Naomi's classes since the new year. I was keen to start exercising again and the 30 minute classes have been perfect and beneficial. This isn't a mundane, repetitive class, every class is different, high energy, exciting and challenging.
Naomi caters for all abilities and challenges every person within the class. She gives additional ways to make an exercise harder or regressions to make it easier if needed. Naomi is a very enthusiastic trainer and always encourages throughout the class. She is quick to give coaching points and feedback to ensure correct technique.
I have started to enjoy exercising again. It is no longer a chore, but 30 minutes that I really look forward to in my day. I honestly cannot believe the difference I feel within myself over the past month. I feel stronger, healthier, happier and more confident and could not ask for a more encourging PT.
